REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY
If an event is canceled, 100% of the entry fee is returned.
If an 2 day event is shortened to a 1 day, a partial reimbursement is provided post event.
If a team cancels 14+ days before the event start date, the team does not owe the entry fee. For example, if a tournament starts Saturday, September 28, a team must cancel by Friday, September 14, the latest, in order to not owe the entry fee.
If a teams cancels within 14 days of an event start date, the entry fee is only refundable if a new team replaces the open position, or the event is cancelled.
To unregister at an event, email firstname.lastname@example.org stating you're canceling. A representative will confirm via email.
